Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours' notice and we can move your appointment. Refunds will be given if you can not make your session within that timeframe. If you cancel on the day, you will lose 50% of your money. If you are not happy with the quality of the call or feel that it did not help in your quest to find a job, you will be entitled to a 100% money-back guarantee.
